APPOINTMENT POLICY

Appointments can be made by calling (916) 684-7300. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please contact our office 24 hours in advance so that we may schedule another animal who may need medical attention.


PAYMENT POLICY

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, CareCredit, American Express, and cash.

PATIENT ARRIVAL POLICY

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

POLICY UPDATES

Technician only appointments such as vaccines, nail trims, anal glands, etc. will require that the annual exam be current. These appointments do not require that your pet sees the veterinarian each time, but they must have had an exam sometime within the past year.
