At Laguna Creek Veterinary Hospital, we understand that life doesn’t always happen during business hours. Our PetPortal gives you access to your pet’s medical care on your own time. You can request appointments, request prescription refills, access your pet’s exam history and vaccination records at any time from your phone, tablet or computer. You can upload a photo of your pet to your account, and it appears in your record here at the hospital!
When creating the account, there are things to remember. The account is linked to the PRIMARY person in our records. The information must match this PRIMARY client information exactly, including name, phone number and address. If you are having trouble logging in, this may be the reason. Give us a call and will be happy to verify everything for you. Only the Primary account holder will have access to the Pet Portal. If there are multiple people who request appointments or prescriptions, they will just need to enter the primary information to gain access. If you are requesting a refill of a prescription, it may not show up in the list right away. We have recently transitioned to a new software system and until the medication is filled in this new system, it won’t show up for a refill. In that case, just call or text and we will be happy to fill that for you.
