We have recently upgraded our practice management software to give you better access to your pet’s health information. We can now easily send exam records to either you or your insurance company for faster claim service. As we transition from the old system to the new, you may not see a specific medication available on the refill list through our Pet Portal. Once the medication is filled in the new system for the first time and we get the appropriate number of refills listed, this should appear as an option in Refills. If the Annual Exam is coming due shortly or past due, refills may not appear.
We are no longer using PetDesk, so this app is no longer available for communication. Visit our new Pet Portal page at petportal.vet/lcvh to request appointments, medication refills, view vaccine reminders, download certificates and exam notes. Logging in to the Portal uses the PRIMARY client listed in our records and requires that the information match our system exactly, including name, phone number and e-mail address. If you are having difficulty getting access, give us a call so that we can verify that this information matches.
